We participated in Children’s Mental Health Day. We all came into school, dressed in something that made up feel happy. We all took part in a lovely wellbeing walk outside, following the actions along the ‘Daily Mile’ pathway while looking all around us at what we could see, hear, feel and smell. We all enjoyed participating in a variety of activities that helped up feel happy, calm and thankful, including making thank you cards for someone special in our lives and wellbeing head massages. We had a lovely day together!
