Meet the Team

Mrs C Davey (Assistant Head)
 Personal Development , Mental Health and Well Being Lead

Mrs Davey has been a member of our staff since 2004. In 2021, she was promoted to Assistant Head which includes the role of Mental Health and Well Being Lead.  She is responsible for ensuring the well-being of both staff and pupils is given priority here at Holy Family. She works alongside Mrs Davies, Mrs Reeves, Mrs Powell and liaises with SLT, Governors about all well-being and mental health matters

Mrs E Davies
SENDCO

Mrs Davies is our very experienced SENDCO.  She joined Holy Family in 2004 and has had the position of Special Education Needs Co-ordinator (SENDCO) for all that time. She is responsible for the day to day operation of Holy Family’s Special Educational Needs Policy, ensuring that children with Special Educational Needs are fully included.  She works with staff, children, families and external agencies too.

Mrs D Reeves
Learning Mentor

Mrs Reeves has been our Learning Mentor here at Holy Family for 15 years.  She works with children on a group or one-to-one basis, delivering pastoral support. She provides support, motivation and guidance to help pupils overcome obstacles to their learning. These obstacles could include learning difficulties, family issues, mental health problems or a lack of confidence.

Mrs D Powell
Learning Mentor

Mrs Powell is our newest member of the team (22-23), but has worked here at Holy Family for since 2006. She too supports children overcome their barriers and difficulties. Along with Mrs Reeves, she also works as our attendance support.  Attendance and mental health and well-being are very closely linked.

Mr P Bradley
Mental Health and Well Being Governor

 

 

 

Mr Bradley joined our Governing Body in 2020.  As Governor for mental health and well-being, his role is to ensure we at Holy Family are placing the well-being of pupils and staff at the top of our priorities.

Mr K Quigley: Headteacher
Safeguarding Lead

Amongst Mr Quigley’s many responsibilities as Headteacher, he is our   Designated Safeguarding Lead. He is responsible for safeguarding and child protection.

Miss A Barr: Deputy Headteacher
Deputy Safeguarding Lead

Miss Barr has worked at Holy Family for many year, and was promoted to Deputy Headteacher in 2019.  Her roles and responsibilities are wide and varied. One responsibility is that of Deputy   Designated Safeguarding Lead.
