As a Catholic School, we are subject to a Section 48 Inspection or CSI (Catholic Schools Inspection). This is separate to an Ofsted Inspection. Ofsted Inspectors are not permitted to inspect Religious Education as it falls under the legal requirement of the Catholic Bishop. A Catholic Schools Inspection makes judgements on the Catholic life and Mission of the school, Religious Education, and Collective Worship.
