RE Policies

Collective Worship in this school is a legal requirement. However, As a Catholic school, where Christ is at our centre, Collective Worship is not only a legal requirement but an integral part of our school life and central to the Catholic tradition.  Take a look at our Collective Worship policy to find out more.

Relationships, Sex and Health Education became a compulsory subject in primary education in 2021. Jesus told his followers that He came so that we may have life, and have it to the full. (John 10:10).  Therefore, not only is it our legal duty to provide a robust RSHE Curriculum, it is our Christian duty to develop the whole child, so that they may lead a full life.  The purpose of this Relationship, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) policy is to set out the ways in which the school’s provision supports pupils through their spiritual, moral, social, emotional and physical development, and prepares them for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life growing up in today’s world.  Take a look at our RSHE policy to find out more.
