Nursery 22/23 Archive

What a fantastic week we have had preparing and celebrating the King’s Coronation. We had lots of activities to complete throughout the week and finished off with a class party!

Following the children’s interests when learning about people who help us, we set up a Doctors Practise within our Classroom. The Children have had lots of fun role-playing different scenarios.

What an amazing first school trip Nursery had to the ‘Story Barn’ In calderstones park. The children enjoyed a range of stories read to them by ‘Beans on toast’;  dressing up as their favourite story book character, playing with the musical instruments and creating their own bookmark in the craft workshop.

What a wonderful surprise it was to wake up to snow this morning!

We had so much fun playing in the snow, making snow angels, snowmen, and even throwing snowballs at our Teachers!

We enjoy a range of maths activities in our Nursery class. Such as; Matching numeral to quantity, colour sorting and shape recognition.
